Cancellation Policy

1. Luxury Apartment Cancellations

The following cancellation terms apply to all luxury apartment bookings:

To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Please include your booking reference number, full name, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations will be processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), Zowe Apartments may offer alternative dates or a full credit for future bookings instead of a refund.

5. Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking (change dates, room type, etc.) rather than cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
