Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within the eligible timeframe as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same booking.
- Service not provided: If Zowe Apartments is unable to provide the accommodation as
booked due to reasons within our control.
- Overcharge: If you are charged an amount greater than the agreed booking amount.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Early departure or voluntary shortening of stay.
- Cancellations made less than the minimum notice period (see Cancellation Policy).
- No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice).
- Dissatisfaction with the property that was not reported to management during the stay.
- Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider (Lenco).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at sales@remoginv.com or call +260 966 607 344.
- Provide your booking reference number, full name, and the reason for the refund
request.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Mobile Money: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your
bank.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your financial
institution.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund. This applies when:
- The cancellation falls within the partial refund window (see Cancellation Policy).
- Part of the service has already been consumed (e.g., partial stay).
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team at
sales@remoginv.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
