1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zowe Apartments website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid email address and phone number must be provided when making a reservation.
Payment must be completed through our authorized payment provider (Lenco) to confirm a booking.
Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Check-out time: 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest.
Noise and disturbances that affect other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval is obtained.

5. Student Accommodation

Student accommodation bookings are for the agreed duration (monthly, semester, or yearly).
Bed space allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students must adhere to all house rules and regulations provided at check-in.
Visitors are only allowed during designated visiting hours.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payments via card and mobile money through Lenco.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zowe Apartments shall not be liable for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings of guests.
Interruptions in services due to maintenance, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
